CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, IIT Services shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 1000/- up to the order value (inclusive of applicable taxes), with a right to either not to refund the order value to compensate our cost of material and delivery partner.

In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Syam Infotech Services or its delivery partners, we shall not charge you any cancellation fee.

A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

Failure to deliver for no fault of Us but due to the reasons like lack of information/authorization, erroneous addresses, then such Items shall be deemed to have been duly delivered. In such an event, you shall make payment for the same.

You may reject the Item and not be liable to make the payment, if:

You have received the Item/ packaging in a damaged state or in a state not fit for human consumption,

You have received an incorrect product

Once we receive your email or call on www.itconsultingservices.com for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will be initiated. The refund amount is calculated by deducting shipping charges - if applicable - from your original payment.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon delivery of the product at the designated address. Thereafter DVL Groups will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

You will receive the credit of refunds within 5-7 working days - depending on your card issuer's policies. The refunds will be issued to the same payment method which was used at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery refunds – if any - will be made the next working day from our end. It can be done as a bank or wallet transfer, subject to IIT Services'S getting complete and correct bank account or wallet details.
